Myrtle Grove Mornings

Some think that winter is a time of year with no color and nothing blooming. While it’s nothing like the other three seasons of the year, there’s no reason for winter to go unadorned by plants, even ones that bloom. In the next month, we will begin a discussion of winter’s possibilities and what’s available for the enjoyment of both humans and wildlife.

    the other day, i thought, hmmm that dead leaf looks like a bloom on my rose, when i finally looked closer, it WAS a bloom on my lavender rose!
